UK & Northern Ireland Shipping Costs: 

£5.99. We will despatch your order as soon as it is complete.

Europe Shipping Costs:

£10.99. We will despatch your order as soon as it is complete.

Rest of World Shipping Costs:

£25.99. We will dispatch your order as soon as it is complete.

The customer is liable for any taxes and duties payable.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your dresses you have 28 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund. UK returns are shipped free of charge. Please contact us for our returns address for all orders outside of the UK. 

Our returns policy lasts 28 days from you receiving your item. If 28 days have passed before we receive your dresses back unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

All products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Nola London labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or without labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund will be refused.

We are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels and can only refund items that arrive to our return centre in the same condition they were sent.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received it will be inspected within a couple of days. 

If your return is in the same condition as sent out, you will be approved for a refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
